ONE bedroom will be reserved per company in the Hodson Bay Hotel, this is not included in the package prices. You must confirm you are taking this reservation by the 11th of February 2022 to [email protected]

Any additional accommodation bookings must be made directly with the Sheraton Hotel Athlone. Companies must settle their own account on departure in both the Sheraton and Hodson Bay Hotel.

CUMA’s block of bedrooms on hold will be released on the 11th of February 2022.

CUMA CONFERENCE COVID–19 POLICY

We will continue to follow government guidelines for coronavirus and will comply with the latest advice. We ask that everyone attending the CUMA Conference to please, familiarise themselves with the latest government advice before attending.
To ensure the safety of all who attend, as a condition of attending next year’s CUMA Conference, delegates are being asked to demonstrate their Covid-19 status on entry by:

  • Providing proof of full vaccination-both doses received (with the second at least 14 days prior to the event)
  • Supplying documentation that proves you have recovered from Covid-19 in the past 6 months

In addition, the following measures have been planned to reduce the risk of Covid transmission during the CUMA Conference.

Safety measures include:

  • Face coverings are required to be worn when walking around the hotel
  • Monitoring the number of delegates and exhibitors each day
  • Space to socially distance throughout the hotel including spacing among chairs in the conference room and registration areas
  • Hand sanitising stations will be available at key location throughout the hotel
  • Additional cleaning by hotel sta to regularly sanitise touch points
  • One-way systems will be encouraged where practicable
