• €2200 Ex. VAT – Credit card payment taken on booking.

Please ensure that your company credit cards verified by visa or 3d Secure is set up correctly. Failure to do so may result in your order failing and your exhibition stand will not be secured.

Accommodation Note:

One room per exhibitor company has been allocated in the Galway Bay Hotel. Rooms have also been reserved in the Salthill Hotel; it is adjacent to the Galway Bay Hotel.

There is a STRICT cut off date for room bookings in both the Galway Bay Hotel & The Salthill Hotel. Please book before Tuesday 31st of January 2023. There is an agreed special CUMA rate approved with both hotels.

Companies must settle their own hotel account on departure.

Pre-Conference Networking Event

The event will take place on Tuesday 28th March the evening before the conference.

This will be a brilliant opportunity to meet and network with delegates and fellow exhibitors.

Prize Draw:

As with previous conferences, exhibiting companies are welcome to o­ffer a spot prize at their stand. If your company is taking part in the exhibitor draw, please let us know by Monday 20th February 2023, as CUMA will include this prize off­ering in the conference brochure beside your company details
