Exhibitor stands booking for the CUMA Autumn Conference 2024.

The CUMA Autumn Conference will take place on 11th & 12th of September 2024 in the Galway Bay Hotel, Salthill, Co Galway.


The exhibitor stands will go on sale on Tuesday 25 June 2024 at 11.30am

Package Includes:

  • Exhibition Space with option of a six foot table and two chairs.

  • Tea / Coffee breaks, sweet treats and lunches on both days.

  • Conference Networking Dinner – two delegates per company.

  • Conference Networking Dinner includes welcome drinks reception, networking opportunities during a delicious three course meal with your industry/sector peers and leaders. Entertainment on the night.

  • Attendance for two people per company at the Pre-Conference Networking Evening

  • Company name & logo on CUMA website and all promotional materials in advance of the conference on print and social media.
  • Exhibitor listing & contact details in conference brochure

Exhibition Fee & Details:

Credit card payment taken on booking. 

Please ensure that your company credit cards verified by visa or 3d Secure is set up correctly. Failure to do so may result in your order failing and your exhibition stand will not be secured.

Extra Attendees:

There will be an option to book an extra two people to your stand. More information in due course.

Extra attendee charges will apply.

Accommodation Note:

A number of rooms has been secured in the adjacent Salthill Hotel.

Companies must settle their own hotel account on departure.
