CUMA will be running a specilised AML Virtual event – Implementing 5AMLD & What this means for your Credit Union.

Due to the excellent feed back from her previous presentations we have invited Sana Khan along with Eoghan Nihill to jointly deliver a much needed update.

The programme objectives are:

1. To refresh participants on AML legislative requirements and updates for credit unions
2. To analyse what your credit union needs to do / amend to be 5AMLD compliant
3. To identify where changes are required to policy
4. To illustrate learnings from EU counterparts and how best to implement them in practice here
5. To categorise key areas of concern
6. To discuss and define the role of Board of Directors in AML matters going forward
7. To provide key pointers which will enable an immediate action plan for those with AML responsibilities
