CUMA- Specialist Performance Management Webinar

CUMA will host a Specialist Performance Management Webinar in association with the HR Suite and Caroline Reidy, on the 7th December 2023, 10-11am.

On completion of this session participants will have an increased understanding of the performance procedure, be familiar with how to effectively manage performance in the workplace and understand the legislative background.
